Qualifications:
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to work together with our team to ensure the customer has the best experience possible.
- Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.
- Self motivated. Thrives on doing a job well and have the independence, initiative, and desire to achieve.
- VALID driver’s license and great driving record required.
- ASE Certification strongly preferred.
- Stay updated on manufacturer technical bulletins.
- Attend product knowledge and training courses (paid training.)
- Strong work ethic and committed team player.
- Represent the Bouchard dealerships in a professional manner
- Succesfully complete pre-enrollment screening
